The committee's mission is to prepare, coordinate, and give presentations at New England colleges and universities to encourage interest in water works careers and membership with New England Water Works Association.
The committee invites any NEWWA member to participate by volunteering to visit their alma mater or connecting University Outreach Committee leaders with student groups. Previously the committee has presented to student chapters of the American Society of Civil Engineers and civil/environmental engineering classes.
