Is the conference in-person, hybrid, or virtual?
The 2023 Spring Joint Regional Conference & Exhibition will be a fully IN-PERSON event.

What COVID protocols will be place?*
NEWWA is committed to offering a safe, fulfilling, educational, and fun event for all attendees. However, for us to do so, we will need ALL attendees to cooperate and adhere to the COVID guidelines. We are following all COVID-19 and sanitation protocols set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the Worcester DCU Center Safety & Policies guidance and Centers For Disease Control. If you have a fever or feel ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 10 days of the conference – PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CONFERENCE.

Will I need to be vaccinated to attend the conference?*
No.

Will masks be required?*
Masks are optional for all attendees. 

Note that the city of Worcester and Worcester DCU Center guidelines at the time of the conference, if stricter than NEWWA's guidelines, will supersede NEWWA’s mask and social distancing protocols.
