Held in September every year, NEWWA’s annual conference is a 4-day event that draws water works professionals from across New England. Technical session tracks, networking events, exhibitors, committee meetings, the annual membership recognition celebration (where the new NEWWA president is inducted), as well as major awards and the annual NEWWA Inc., business meeting all take place at this event. About The NEWWA 2025 Annual Conference
Join 350-400 water works professionals at NEWWA’s 2025 Annual Conference for educational and networking opportunities. The 2025 program includes technical session tracks over 2 days on topics including groundwater, water resources, asset management & data integration, management & finance, water treatment and the stormy awards. TCH credit will be available to all attendees.

Discounted rooms are $249/night for a Garden View; $289/night for an Ocean View; and $309/night for a Deluxe Ocean View. Suites are also available. Call the hotel to inquire. Rates and room types are subject to availability and state and local taxes (currently 9%).
NOTE: Per hotel policy, all reservations that are not cancelled seven days prior to arrival will be charged as a no-show to the individual.
Discounted rate is only available until August 22, 2025 or whenever the block sells out. Reserve your room early – the hotel is likely to sell out prior to this date!

Exhibition Opportunities
Join water works professionals from across New England for four days of networking, recognition, and most importantly – FUN! Tabletop exhibits open Monday and Tuesday with refreshments. Limited tabletops available and space is filled on a first-come, first -served basis.

Networking Opportunities & Competitions
Plenty of networking opportunities are also available–from multiple receptions, to panel discussions, to the membership recognition celebration. The annual Water For People silent auction is also returning, as well as the ever-popular “Aging Infrastructure” contest and “New England’s Best” Drinking Water Taste Test. A variety of guest and social programs are also on tap for the week, including Wednesday’s golf tournament.

Photograph and Information Release: Photographs will be taken at this event. By registering for this event you agree to allow NEWWA to use your photo in any NEWWA-related publication or social media site.
Any registration cancellation is assessed an administrative fee. If you cancel within 15 business days of the conference you will be charged 100 percent of the original registration fee. This charge is non-refundable and non-transferable. Written refund/credit requests
made for special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
