What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are based on the planning, advertising and administrative work included in each registration. Any cancellation results in a forfeiture of the $150 deposit. The refund policy is as follows:
100% refund before December 23, 2024 (less deposit)
75% refund before January 8, 2025
50% refund before February 19, 2025
No refund after February 19, 2025
