What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds are based on the planning, advertising and administrative work included in each registration. Any cancellation results in a forfeiture of the $150 deposit. The refund policy is as follows:
100% refund before December 22, 2025 (less deposit)
75% refund before January 7, 2026
50% refund before February 18, 2026
No refund after February 18, 2026
