About the Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Committee
The committee’s mission is to monitor legislative action in six New England states and at the national level and develop, respond, and comment on regulatory matters directly or indirectly affecting the water supply industry. All positions taken by the committee will be coordinated throughout the association and be in compliance with approved policy and procedures.
