Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, uncertainty regarding when large gatherings will be “safe” again, and ultimate concern for the health and safety for all our attendees, NEWWA’s staff and board have made the difficult decision to cancel the rescheduled Spring Joint Regional Conference and Exhibition from June 22-23, 2020, at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.

We would like to thank you, our vendors. More than 200 of you attend each year, many of you consistently for as long as we can remember. Thank you for your loyalty.  We would like to extend an additional thank you to our sponsors. We had more sponsors scheduled this year than we have ever had, and were so excited to showcase your partnership with us. We will work to try and provide you recognition throughout the rest of the year.

We will not be rescheduling the event again in 2020. For full details on refunds and donations, please click the button below.

All confirmed exhibitors as of Friday, March 6, 2020, will have their 2020 booth location(s) grandfathered in for next year’s conference, March 31 - April 1, 2021, provided an early sign-up form is received by July 31, 2020.

Early sign-up forms will also be sent via email. Contact KTodesco@newwa.org with questions.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you all next year!

It is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of NEWWA’s 2020 Spring Joint Regional Conference &
Exhibition. This is New England’s largest water event and is one of the association’s largest revenue sources.
As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, conference revenue contributes to NEWWA’s ability to continue to provide
our membership with the highest-quality educational programs, outreach and advocacy, as well as networking
opportunities, and committee events.

We have received feedback from several vendors and attendees that they prefer to donate their registration fees
in lieu of receiving refunds, recognizing that as a local, small business (like many others), NEWWA is also feeling the
fallout of the pandemic. As a result, we decided to ask that you consider joining in this effort to support NEWWA by
providing a partial or full donation option, in addition to also maintaining the choice to receive a full refund. We greatly
appreciate any consideration and your generosity.

As a 501c3 not-for profit organization, donations are tax-deductible. Donors will be recognized on newwa.org, in the
Annual Report, e-newsletter, on social media, Source member newsletter, Journal, and at NEWWA headquarters in
Holliston, MA. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and we thank you for your patience. Please note we
cannot transfer conference registration/exhibit fees to next year due to our fiscal calendar.

Please complete the refund and donation form by June 1, 2020.

Looking for a refund or to donate your fees to NEWWA? Complete and return the form below.

• Is the conference being rescheduled during 2020?
No, the conference will not be rescheduled in 2020. We hope to see you next year, March 31 - April 1, 2021.

• Can you credit my registration to next year’s conference?
Due to our fiscal calendar, we can not carry funds past June 30, 2020, so transferring conference registration/exhibit fees to the 2021 conference is not available.

Interested exhibitors, complete the 2021 exhibitor guide (COMING SOON)

• What about hotel or travel reservations?
Any and all arrangements with third parties (flights, hotels, etc.) will need to be cancelled/rescheduled on an individual basis. NEWWA is not responsible for these cancellations.

• What about electric orders from the DCU Center or supply orders from SER?
Both the DCU Center and SER will be automatically refunding orders. Please be patient as they work to process the refunds.
